Privacy Policy

2. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner). When pages are accessed, technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) is processed. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form & contact requests

If you send me an inquiry via the form, by email or by phone, I process the transmitted data (name, email, phone number if provided, message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose.

4. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Analysis takes place only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner; without consent, no analytics data is collected and no connection to Google is established. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR as well as § 25(1) TDDDG.

Google Analytics collects pseudonymised usage data: pages visited, interactions (e.g. clicks on buttons, opening the chat, submitting the contact form without form contents), approximate region of origin, as well as device and browser information. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Cookies or comparable technologies are stored in the browser to recognise returning visits. Event data is deleted after 14 months at the latest.

In the process, data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). 5. No other disclosure to third parties

Beyond this, your data will not be transferred to third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
