How the agents work together
Each step in the process is handled by a specialised AI agent. The agents pass their results on to the next step in a structured way.
Step 1
Job search & filtering
A search agent scans job portals for positions that match the profile. Matches are filtered and prioritised by relevance — spam and duplicates are dropped.
Step 2
Analysis & evaluation
Each job posting is matched against the candidate profile. The agent evaluates the fit, identifies key requirements and gives a recommendation.
Step 3
CV generation
Based on the candidate profile, a CV agent creates a CV tailored to the specific position — in German or English, depending on the requirements. The system is fully multilingual and automatically selects the appropriate language for application documents and cover letters.
Step 4
Cover letter generation
Based on the job analysis, a writing agent composes an individual cover letter — tailored to the specific requirements and the company's tone.
Step 5
Form filling & submission
A browser agent opens the application form, fills in all fields, uploads documents and submits the application — fully automated, without any browser interaction by the user.
Step 6
Tracking & follow-up
All applications are tracked in a dashboard. The agent reminds you of pending responses and automatically schedules follow-up messages.
